Welcome to the Minder service provided by Step(Hangzhou) Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "us"). Please read the following User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement") carefully. This Agreement is legally binding on both you and us.
Minder provides task scheduling and reminder functionalities to help you manage and organize daily activities.
By registering, logging in, or using the Minder service, you agree to comply with all terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, please do not use our services.
1. Account Registration: You must provide valid personal information for registration and ensure that the information provided is true and complete.
2. Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. We are not liable for any loss resulting from the disclosure of your account information.
3. Account Usage: You agree not to use the account in any illegal or unauthorized manner. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate this Agreement.
1. Legal Use: You agree to use the Minder service legally and not engage in any unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, or otherwise harmful activities.
2. Content Responsibility: You are fully responsible for all content created, stored, or transmitted through the Minder service. We do not pre-screen user content but reserve the right to remove any inappropriate content if necessary.

2. Data Usage: We will use your personal information within the scope permitted by law to provide, maintain, and improve our services.

1. Service Content: All content in the Minder service (including but not limited to software, technology, text, images, etc.) is owned by us or used under license. You may not use this content without our written permission.
2. User Content: Content generated by you while using the Minder service remains your property, but you grant us a free, non-exclusive, transferable license to use, copy, modify, publish, and display such content globally.
1. Change Notification: We reserve the right to change or discontinue the Minder service at any time. For significant changes, we will notify you in advance.
2. Force Majeure: We are not liable for any service interruptions or changes caused by force majeure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from your use or inability to use the Minder service.
1. Governing Law: This Agreement is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
2. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from or related to this Agreement shall be resolved through friendly negotiations first; if negotiations fail, either party may submit the dispute to the court with jurisdiction over our location.
1. Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the Minder service and supersedes all prior written or oral agreements.
2. Amendments: We reserve the right to amend this Agreement when necessary. The amended Agreement will take effect immediately upon posting. Please review the latest version of this Agreement regularly.
